Friendly, efficient and know what they are doing.

Had a flat tire, called jacobs towing, they were there within 30 minutes to pick me and my car up. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Got a tow from AAA thinking that my transmission was shot and that I would owe a ton. Driver from Jacob's towing showed up and after hearing what was going on with it took a quick look and realized it was just a broken axle. I'm admittedly not handy so greatly appreciated the quick check and good news! And so of course I agreed to just have him tow it to their garage which is local here anyway. They gave me a good price and got it fixed quickly! Definitely will take future business to them when I am able.

Yesterday my wife and I were broke down near Kings Island(we live in Florence, Ky). We called AAA and they sent Richard from your company to help us. Richard was immediately professional and calming and also arrived very quick to help us. Richard got us home safe through rain and traffic. We wanted to thank Jacob's and Richard for a very good experience. We would like to have his email to thank him personally but we also wanted to tell you about the great service he gave us.

Once again phenomenal service. Called with an emergency lockout, and a plane to catch. Arrived and unlocked the car in about 10 minutes.
